Jill has 19 years experience within the recruitment sector. She has operated within the commercial, IT, clinical and welfare to work arenas with expertise in interim and permanent recruitment projects.

She is a proven and highly successful Commercial Manager with multi site operational management experience, having managed a team of 21 operational staff through stringent procedures, all auditable by client companies and their regulatory bodies.

Her experience encompasses managing key accounts and client relationship management, with a background of handling Master Vendor and PSL national accounts.

Jill is a ‘hands on’ manager with a proven background in mentoring and coaching staff to achieve their goals.
