Dawn Milman-Hurst, FIRP DipRP

Chief Executive Officer

Dawn is the founder, owner and Chief Executive Officer of Equal Approach Ltd.   She is a Fellow of the Institute of Professional Recruiters, and appears in 2010 Who’s Who of Britain’s Business Leaders, and 2009 Who's Who as an inspiring Business Leader of the Millennium, having lead one of her companies to achieve success as one of the Top 1% performing companies within the UK.
 
She established the business from her strong personal desire for equality in the workplace, and being able to combine her skills as a trained head-hunter with those of championing executive level candidates into positions which had previously been underrepresented.
 
Dawn has been working within a variety of recruitment environments for the past 15 years, and has always had a particular empathy with management and executive candidates, as her earlier career was within Leisure and International Manufacturing organisations at a management level, sitting on the “other side of the fence” as a client of recruitment organisations.
 
Her ethos is simple – high quality, traditional customer service, with honesty at times of challenge, has made Dawns reputation within the industry, and have made her a highly sought after recruiter to manage campaigns personally for a wide variety of private, public
and political organisations.
