Anne Penny, FIRP

Managing Director - EA Recruitment

Anne has worked for many years in the Hotel, Leisure and Recruitment sectors.

Her experience encompasses working for multi-nationals in human resources, recruitment and business administration covering the UK and European locations.

She ran her own successful Recruitment business for 17 years expanding to a network of branches within the East Midlands with an average turnover of c. £10m. The company employed 30 people and achieved several accreditations during this time including the IIP award.

Anne also worked for a Multi-national Recruitment company for several years working with Multi-national clients on sole supply ensuring world class service delivery both in the UK and Northern Ireland.

She has been chairman of the Young Enterprise initiative for many years attending the national finals in London two years running with schools from the local programme. She was also a Director of Staffordshire Young Enterprise.
