Equal Approach accredited ISO 9001 - 2nd September 2010
Equal Approach has again been accredited the ISO 9001 quality management standard. This standard is used throughout the world by around 870,000 organisations, in 170 countries, to set the standard for management systems and help organisations to succeed through improved customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continual improvement.
A number of staff were selected at random to speak to the assessor about processes and internal and external documentation, and his feedback was as follows: “Equal Approach passed the audit successfully which is a testament to a well managed company with enthusiastic, motivated and well trained staff. I was also pleased to hear about your progress regarding ‘Investors in Diversity.’”
Being accredited ISO 9001 demonstrates that Equal Approach is committed to high standards and continual improvement, and assists us in enhancing the services we provide.
