Our new Diversity Partner – EQuality Training - 27th August 2010
EQuality Training is the latest organisation to become one of our Diversity Partners. It is an innovative, vibrant company that designs and delivers tailored training in diversity, leadership and inclusion, and we are delighted to be working in partnership with them.
EQuality Training help organisations throughout the UK to improve their effectiveness through better use of people and their skills. They offer a variety of programmes, each tailored to the needs of individual delegate groups, which are not about passively receiving information, but about discovering, understanding and evolving intelligent solutions to real issues and creating shared strategies to enable change. They work with a number of clients including police forces, social services, children’s directorates, the NHS, ‘early years’ services, nurseries, schools and colleges.
Laura (Mole) Chapman, Director of EQuality Training says, “I'm really delighted to be working with Equal Approach. There is so much to be done in the equality arena it often feels overwhelming. Working with others always opens up so many new possibilities! Foremost, joint strategies are more effective, and on a practical level, sharing the load makes good sense given the widespread inequality that faces us all. More pertinently, as a member of a marginalised group, the sense of community that shared action brings does a huge amount to break the isolation we feel. I have no doubt this principle driven partnership will enhance both our organisations, and I look forward to a mutually sustaining relationship.”

Our Diversity Partnership programme is designed to promote vacancies we are representing to a diverse range of candidates.
