Our Diversity Partner RADAR's CEO Liz Sayce is interviewed by GMTV on the story that the Court of Protection had ruled that a lady with learning disabilities was incapable of making an informed choice when she refused to undergo life-saving treatment for cancer due to her phobia of needles and hospitals. On the basis of that ruling doctors could proceed to treat her against her will, using sedation and restraint.
