Employers Forum on Disability

Equal Approach Ltd is delighted to announce their new association with the Employers Forum on Disability, as one of only a handful of 'disability positive' agencies within the UK.

Dawn Milman-Hurst was delighted to be invited as a representative of the recruitment industry at a forum this week to work alongside major employers to develop a charter for both employers looking to engage the services of recruitment agencies, and to develop a charter and coaching tool for agencies aspiring to improve their approach to disabled candidates, and enhancing opportunities to do business with 'disability positive' employers.
