Equal Approach is renowned for its unique network of candidates, many of whom are not actively searching for employment, or engaged with other search firms or consultancies. Candidate Assessment
Undertaking structured candidate assessments to realise:
- The candidate's fit in a new work environment
- How a candidate will cope with new and diverse requirements
- Team fit
Ability Tests
Ability tests are used to measure intellectual level, logical and analytical reasoning, dealing with critical or pressured environments.
Personality Profiling
Establishes a candidate's work preferences and motivates indicating whether they are suited to a particular role, culture or environment.
The best evidence of the quality of what we do is through the length of our client and candidate relationships, some of which have spanned in excess of 15 years.
Situational Judgement
Candidates undertake a series of exercises similar to "in-tray". They face a number of challenging scenarios, are expected to make decisions and substantiate their reasoning.
Assessment Centres
Particularly useful to measure a candidate's ability to integrate, collaborate or lead a team. Bespoke assessments are created relative to the role and needs of the client.
Competency Interviewing
Detailed exploration of a candidate's experience and achievements through structured, investigative interview process.
