Remploy Employment Services has been in partnership with Equal Approach for almost five years. Employment Services outsourced our recruitment to Equal Approach which was quite a radical decision at that time as all our recruitment had previously been undertaken in house by Remploy's central HR team. Five years ago Employment Services business commenced a rapid period of growth and therefore we needed a robust, transparent and cost effective recruitment process that could cope with large volumes of recruitment as well as a quick throughput of applicants.

I have personally worked closely with Dawn Milman-Hurst for the last two years, and have found her to be extremely professional and committed to delivering a high quality and personalised service. During the transition of our recruitment to Equal Approach, Dawn managed the implementation of the outsourcing process and set up all the operational procedures.

Throughout the time Equal Approach has worked in partnership with us, we have been able to collaboratively develop and refine many aspects of the recruitment process, thus ensuring an excellent recruitment experience for our applicants. Dawn has also endeavoured to provide the highest standards of service to our managers and Remploy Employment Services. Recently we have extended our partnership with Equal Approach for a further three years. This is a reflection of the quality, professionalism and value we receive from Equal Approach.

In addition Equal Approach have worked with us to provide other services, for example, they have ran a number of assessment centres for Senior Management recruitment and enabled us to recruit the right people into very critical roles. They have designed and very successfully managed development centres for a number of managers providing feedback and working with them to write their development plans.

Our recruitment process has also withstood some high profile scrutiny as we went through a major restructuring exercise. Since Equal Approach have taken over our recruitment our management attrition has reduced significantly and staff turnover has reduced, in part this is due to our recruitment process ensuring we recruit the right people.

Equal Approach have also worked tirelessly with us to develop our diversity monitoring process against 6 strands of diversity and ensuring our recruitment process is accessible and non discriminatory.

Healthcare at Home Ltd (HAH) was established in 1992, it has grown rapidly with a current turnover in excess of £650 million.

The company is now established in 24 locations with its main operating headquarters in Burton upon-Trent, Staffordshire. Total staff numbers within the company have risen from 20 at the end of 1997 to over 830 in 2010.

The company is proud if it's long standing relationship with Dawn Milman-Hurst, Managing Director of Equal Approach.

During the initial establishment of Healthcare at Home Ltd in Burton upon Trent the Company relied upon Dawn to assist in the recruitment of competent employees to fill its Head Office functions.

In 2007 Mrs Milman-Hurst returned to the region as Managing Director of Equal Approach . This has resulted in Dawn and Healthcare at Home re-establishing a business relationship.

Over the past 3 years Equal Approach have been responsible for identifying successful candidates for a range of positions within Healthcare at Home including clinical roles, customer service & office support functions and senior management and executive. In total, Equal Approach has recruited over 300 permanent people into our business.
