Equal Approach has won a variety of awards and accreditations for the quality of care they offer to their candidates. Whilst the assumption is that management and executive candidates do not need support throughout the career change process, this is very often quite untrue, and by providing a service based on confidentiality, trust and integrity, any fears around the process of moving roles can be removed.
Any relationship within recruitment is three way and equal consideration needs to be given to the candidates, the client and the search agency.
