Equal Approach is experienced in designing, managing and facilitating a wide range of selection centres, these include:

We have a pool of qualified and experienced assessors and facilitators who will work closely with you to design the appropriate event to achieve the outcomes you require, using a wide variety of valid and reliable exercises and techniques, developed over the past 20 years.
All events will comply with current legislation, be non-discriminatory and produce a variety of exercises for candidates to demonstrate key skills, experience and behaviours in a business and strategy focused way.
We use a variety of skills assessments and psychological tools to support the decision making process in these events. The most appropriate tools can be discussed at consultation stage.
