
The Board of Equal Approach Ltd is made up of talented individuals who have chosen to join us from major search firms, diversity organisations and the commercial sector. A number of the key players have experienced discrimination or barriers to progression in a variety of ways, and came together to share a responsibility to make the playing field a little more level.
Every search we do epitomises our approach to our client and candidate journey. We work closely with our clients to update and explain, whilst coaching and mentoring candidates to maximise potential and performance, removing barriers to allow access to the most senior positions within the UK for candidates from all strands of diversity, and actively championing and supporting our candidates in the process.
Whilst listening carefully to what all parties actually want, we have a wide range of specialist consultants and search experts who have held Board level and executive positions themselves and recognise the challenge that the recruitment process poses to all parties.
Our focus is purely on skills and experience. Whether that be a permanent appointment, a role through our interim and talent bank solution or assignment.
We work in partnership with a large number of key diversity organisations around the UK who refer their management and executive candidates to us and entrust us to provide the most appropriate support and opportunities to them.
We have a strong commitment to social responsibility with a proportion of our annual net profit being reinvested back into grass roots diversity to support those who need us most.
